The club had a stand at Coombeswood Canal Trusts Christmas Fayre for our final outdoor event of 2025. It was fantastic to be invited back to the Hawne Basin following our attendance at their open weekend back in June, and it gave members the opportunity to sell items to the public who were looking for Christmas presents.

Due to space, we didn’t have our demonstration lathes running, but this gave the team more chance to talk to people about the turned items that they had for sale, and the process that goes into turning them
We have to give a big thank you to Mike C, Trevor, Bruce and Jeff, who manned the stall on behalf of the club. We’re glad that you made some sales and had a good day (Even though you had to put up with the brass band right next to you)
Here are a few more photographs from the day:

DO YOU GO TO CRAFT FAYRES TO SELL YOUR TURNED ITEMS? If so, we would love to hear from you and see a few photographs from your events. Please feel free to email your photographs and details to us using the club email address.
